The strategies I have for handling paperwork are the best I can do. It takes time. Unfortunately It takes away from the kinds of things that are a little more enjoyable like the creative side of teaching, but it is a necessary thing. It’s necessary for evaluating the students. That’s part of their feedback. It’s necessary for them to be motivated so it’s an evil that has to be put up with. It does consume a bit of your time but it’s part of the job. If it were all easy, I guess they wouldn’t pay you.
