Welcome to MyTools! This section contains features that we think you might find particularly useful. The Teacher Recruitment Checklist and Organization Database were developed to help you create or expand your teacher recruitment efforts. The Teacher Recruitment Checklist outlines key components of a strong teacher recruitment program, and includes specific tasks that make up each component. To complement the checklist, we have created a database of organizations that can help you identify new partners.
Providing accurate information to future teachers is important which is why we created many outreach materials for you to use. Ordering outreach materials online is easy and, the best part, all of these items are free.
After reviewing the program database, you may find that your program is not included. You can easily add your program by going to the “Add student or undergraduate programs” or “Add credentialing or graduate programs.” You add the information and we’ll upload it to the database.
By registering in this system, both the Checklist and organization list can be personalized, revised, and saved; access to both is determined by you. If you have registered in the past you can log in to your profile.
