A teacher gets to use their creativity and knowledge of each child's strengths, abilities, and learning challenges to individualize instruction in activities to ensure success. A teacher may be that significant person to make a difference by supporting, caring and helping a child and their family. Your influence does not stop with the child, but can influence future generations as well.
