For me, the best thing about teaching is that I have a chance to inspire students to think and to challenge themselves. I have 185 days to find ways for them to take risks, learn from mistakes, and experience success. I have the opportunity to make a subject that I enjoy using all the time (math) come to life. It's a HUGE challenge that I find fun and rewarding.
