What advice would you give to people considering a career in teaching?
I would tell a new teacher to make every moment a meaningful teaching moment.
Make the time spent with you warm, safe and full of patience and love.
Students don't care how much you know as a teacher until they know how much you care about them.
What's the best thing about teaching?
The best thing about teaching is THE STUDENTS! It is also important to have a great staff/TEAM who can make a difference in an individual's life and support them to be as independent as possible.
