Always keep your expectations high for your students. They will continue to reach as long as the bar is raised for them. There will be a time when you will be overwhelmed; it is ok! Ask questions when you need to. Share with others and reach out to others. It is best to have a strong support team surrounding you for times when you need it or they need you. Be confident in what you do we'll and pat yourself on the back once and awhile.

Seeing the students build and achieve and grow in themselves. Giving the students the tools to succeed and watching them achieve is such a joy in what I do every day.
