You will learn from your class everyday. Take what you learn from them and make adjustments to your teaching and behavior plans. What works for one group of students might need to be adjusted for the next group. Have high expectations for your students. They will surprise you with just how much they can do.

The best thing about teaching is knowing that through the choices I make in the classroom, I can help a child learn to think for himself and be more independent.
