The Marshall Teacher Residency is a one-year, accelerated teacher preparation program designed to prepare the next generation of impactful educators. In just 12 months, you’ll earn your California Teaching Credential while gaining real classroom experience, personalized mentoring, and hands-on coaching — not just theory, but the real work of teaching.
Residents receive: A living stipend, affordable tuition, access to state grants and financial aid, priority hiring consideration with multiple California school districts and public charter networks, and credential pathways.
We prepare teachers in: Single Subject Teaching, Multiple Subjects Teaching, and Education Specialist Instruction. |
