I’m in the pool at 4:30 in the morning four days a week and I swim for a mile and a half. The days that I’m not, one day a week I go to the gym just to do bike work and abs and things like that – the day I hate. I don’t really care for that. Swimming is really meditative for me and then on the weekends, I ride bikes. My husband and I generally ride in the afternoon. I’ll go meet him half way, he rides home from work and I meet him half way. So for me it’s physical exercise.
