You have to become organized. Even if you are unorganized in your personal life, you have got to find a way to be organized in your professional life. I’m actually really old-school. I use a lot of milk crates and folders. Other people have everything on one flash drive. It’s a matter of not getting behind in paperwork and then thinking about ‘What is it that’s really important that you’re doing that you’re putting on paper?’ It’s important to really make serious decisions about what you’re putting on to paper or what you’re evaluating. You just simply have to be organized in your professional life.
